Return Policy

All footwear purchased from magnanni.com may be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. Each shoe returned must be in NEW CONDITION (no visible wear on the upper or sole of the shoe) and in the original packaging. Any purchase not returned in original packaging may be subject to a $10 repackaging fee. Any purchase returned in a condition which makes the footwear no longer sellable as 'New' will be refused.

Please include a copy of your receipt or packing list along with the reason for return indicated. For returns for credit, you will be notified of your refund by email once we have received and processed your return. Please note that return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. For returns for exchange, you will be notified by email once the exchange pair has been received and processed.
